Henry ZINCK was born in 1698 in Germany. He immigrated to America in 1725 and settled in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. His will was recorded in that county in 1763. He also lived in Chester County according to tax lists found for the years 1757 through 1760. He was listed in Coventry Township of Chester County. He married Elizabeth, the widow of John STAGER, after June, 1747 in Chester County. His descendants eventually migrated to Franklin County, Virginia, where a large community of SINKs resided and flourished.
