The original immigrant was William Biddle who came to America in 1665. He was married to Sarah Kempe. He died in 1712. A chart of his descendants and a sketch of his life are included in this book. Also discussed are Thomas Biddle of Philadelphia and Joseph Biddle of Freehold, NJ. Their descendants are detailed to the 5th generation.
