   Benjamin Bellows, of whom this book records the dedication of a monument in his name, was born in Lunenburg (later renamed Lancaster), Massachusetts May 26, 1712.  Later in life he purchased the land in New Hampshire upon which the town of Walpole was constructed.  This book contains information about both the ancestors and descendants of Colonel Benjamin Bellows.
